Late Cancellation + No Show Policy

Due to the limited capacity of The Aesthetic Method’s injector training programs and the commitment of resources required to reserve each participant’s placement, all registrations are subject to the following cancellation and no-show terms:

Cancellations 7 Days or More Prior to Training Date

• Cancellations made at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled program start date may be eligible for rescheduling or issuance of a credit toward a future training, at the sole discretion of The Aesthetic Method.

• Any credits issued are non-transferable and must be used within a designated timeframe.

Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Prior to Training Date

• Cancellations made fewer than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled program start date will result in a charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total training program fee. This fee reflects the reserved training slot and associated costs.

No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend a scheduled training program without prior written notice (“no-show”) will result in a charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total training program fee. No refunds will be issued.

Transferability

• Registration for training programs is non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from The Aesthetic Method.

Agreement to Terms

• By enrolling in any training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Cancellations and No-Show Policy.

The Aesthetic Method reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
